Emu Flight Centre (EFC) is an online travel agency based in Hong Kong, its business is mainly provide holiday package, hotel and flight booking for the customers in Hong Kong and nearby area (e.g. Macau, Taiwan, etc.) Due to the high rental cost and low profit for the travel agency business, EFC needs to expand their business online rather than opening more shops. I am the information department manager for EFC and is in charge for this online travel agency website development project.
In this project, we will use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a tool for the website development.
There are seven stages for the SDLC Web development (greekinterview, 2008):
